Union Orientation. Where the Employer has a structured employee orientation program, the Union shall be permitted to make a presentation not to exceed thirty (30) minutes in duration regarding the Union. The Employer shall notify the Union of newly hired employees at reasonable intervals, but no later than before a scheduled orientation.
Union Orientation. The Union shall be given the opportunity to make a presentation to new Employees of up to thirty (30) minutes during the Employer’s general orientation session.

Where more than one employee is attending the orientation, the union shall be allowed two hours for orientation. This orientation does not apply to students.
