Union Obligation. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing, observance of a picket line, or other restriction of work in any form either on the basis of individual choice or collective employee conduct, the Union will immediately, upon notification, attempt to secure an immediate orderly return to work.
Union Obligation. 21.01 The Union shall not supply its members to any Employer which has not entered into this Agreement with the Union.
Union Obligation. The Union agrees to represent equally all members of the above defined unit.

In the event the University decides that certain employees’ conduct constitutes a violation of paragraph 49 and notifies the Union of such determination the Union will forthwith issue a public statement directing each employee to cease such conduct. If the Union complies with the terms of this paragraph it shall not be liable for any violation of paragraph 48 by the employees.

The union agrees that it will not exclude or expel any persons from its membership, apprenticeship or training program because of such person's sex, age, physical or mental disability, race, religion, color or national origin, nor will the union discriminate in any way against any member of or applicant to the union or applicant to or employee of the employer.
Union Obligation. If a violation of this Article should occur, the Union shall immediately do everything within its power to terminate the violation.

The obligation and the obligations set forth in Section 18.1 above shall not be affected or limited by the subject matter involved in the dispute giving rise to stoppage or by whether such subject matter is or is not subject to the grievance provision of the Agreement.
