Union Notification The Union shall be notified of all appointments, hirings, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment.
UNION NOTICES Space shall be provided in each Meat Department for the posting of this Agreement and notices of meetings, but same shall not be posted until they have been first called to the attention of the Employer.
Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The period of notice may be reduced or waived by the Employer or its designees. The employee must be present at work on effective date of separation except as otherwise authorized by the employee's appointing authority An employee shall have the right to withdraw a written resignation within three (3) calendar days of its submission.
Union Representative Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.
Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.
Termination Notice If either Party, having become entitled to do so, decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii), it shall issue Termination Notice setting out:
Union Decal The Employer agrees to display the official Union decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union in a location where it can be seen by customers.
Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
