Union Negotiations Committee. The Union Negotiations team (up to four (4) members) shall be granted up to three (3) one-half (1/2) days for pre-negotiation meetings during working hours, with written notification and approval from the Superintendent or his/her designee. Such meetings shall be held on Board property.

Union Negotiations Committee. A. The Union agrees that there will be a single Committee known as the Union Negotiations Committee which shall include the functions of a Grievance Committee and of a Negotiating Committee and which Committee shall deal with the Company in all matters between them. The Committee will be composed of the President, Vice President and Chief Xxxxxxx and two other members of the Union as regular members, all of whom will be selected from regular employees of the Company. It is understood that an International Representative for this Union may also be a member of that Committee.

  • Negotiations Committee H.3 At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours.   • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.
