UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES DEDUCTION. 4.01 An Employee shall have the right to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union, however, no such insignia larger than a lapel pin shall be worn while on duty and no lapel pin shall be worn while in nurseries. No Union insignia shall be displayed on the Employer's equipment or sites.
