Common use of Union Meetings Clause in Contracts

Union Meetings. The Union agrees that there shall be no soliciting of members or other Union activities on the premises of the Company or during working hours except as permitted by this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that no meetings of the Union or its members will be held on the premises of the Company at any time without the prior approval of the Company. Violation by any employee of any of the foregoing provisions shall be cause for discipline of such employee by the Company.
