Union May Institute Grievance. The Union and its representatives will have the right to originate a grievance on behalf of an employee, or group of employees, and to seek resolution with the University in the manner provided in the Grievance Procedure.
Union May Institute Grievance. The Union and its Representatives shall have the right to originate a grievance on behalf of an employee, or group of employees and to seek adjustment with the Employer in the manner provided in the Grievance Procedure. Such a grievance shall commence at Step 2 within ten (10) calendar days of the date upon which the employee(s) first became aware, or should have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the complaint.
