Union Matters. 7.6.1 The employer recognises the rights of employees, in respective work areas, to select a fellow employee to represent their interests on employee relations issues.

Union Matters. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Union Employee, Parent shall provide for such compensation and benefits as are required to be provided to such Union Employee pursuant to the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Union Matters. 1. The parties agree that a copy of this Agreement will be provided to each unit employee by the Board. The Federation agrees to reimburse the Board for one half (1⁄2) the cost of printing copies of this Agreement for distribution to each unit employee and to continue to reimburse the Board in full for any additional Agreement copies which may be requested by the Federation.
Union Matters. 9.01 The Employer agrees to provide reasonable access to the University to representatives of CAUT, or a Provincial Counterpart, or legal counsel invited by the Union, provided such access does not in any way interfere with the normal operations of the University. Access under this provision shall not include the right of any such invited person to call meetings on the University’s premises.
