Common use of Union Leave Clause in Contracts

Union Leave. Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without pay up to a maximum of (as per the local provisions under L19) days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operation of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Union Leave. Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without pay up to a maximum of ten (as per the local provisions under L1910) days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operation of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without pay up to a an maximum of (as per the local provisions under L19) 60 days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operation of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without pay up to a maximum of (as per the local provisions under L19) 45 days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operation of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without with pay up to a an aggregate maximum total of twenty (as per the local provisions under L1920) days per calendar year for all Employees across all Centres in the Bargaining Unit provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operation operations of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without with pay up to a an aggregate maximum for all employees of thirty-five (as per the local provisions under L1935) days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the a continuance of efficient operation operations of the HospitalEmployer. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:

Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without with pay up to a an aggregate maximum for all employees of fifty (as per the local provisions under L1950) days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the a continuance of efficient operation operations of the Hospital. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:
