UNION LABELS. All uniforms and work clothing issued by the Employer to CUPE personnel shall bear a recognized union label. Exceptions will require the mutual agreement of the Union and the Employer. This does not include personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to: safety glasses, goggles, hearing protection, respirators, hard hats and work gloves. However, the Employer will make reasonable efforts to purchase such equipment that is union made and/or Canadian made provided quality, cost and availability are comparable.

UNION LABELS. 7.01 The Union, while retaining ultimate control of the International’s Labels, may supply to the Employer, Union Labels to identify fair products fabricated under the terms of this Agreement.

UNION LABELS. During compliance with all of the provisions of this agreement, the Company shall display the appropriate union label of the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association on all items produced exclusively under the terms of this agreement. The Company agrees that all union labels shall be the property of the Union and said permission to display the union label may be revoked by the Union for causes the Union deems adequate. There will be a logbook kept of the union label on the products and the location and the Company’s names. The log book will be acquired and maintained solely by the Stewards.

  • Union Label Upon depletion of existing stocks, all uniforms and clothing issued by the Employer shall bear a recognized Union label.

The City will pay the uniform allowance in the payroll that includes September 1 of each year. Represented employees must be on duty status or approved leave on each September 1 to be eligible for the uniform allowance.   • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
