Common use of Union Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Grievance Committee. The Employer will recognize a Union Grievance Committee which shall consist of a Chief Xxxxxxx, and three (3) members elected or appointed from the bargaining unit, not more than two (2) of which Committee members shall meet with the Employer at any one time. The Employer shall be advised of the names of the members of this Committee and shall be notified of any changes from time to time. Each such employee shall have a minimum of four (4) months seniority.

Union Grievance Committee. The Employer will agrees to recognize a Union Grievance Committee which shall consist of a Chief Xxxxxxx, and not more than three (3) members elected employees consisting of the President or appointed from her designate, Chief Xxxxxxx and the bargaining unit, not more than two (2) of which Committee members shall meet Xxxxxxx involved with the Employer at any one timegrievance. The Employer shall Grievor may be advised of in attendance throughout the names of the members of this Committee and shall be notified of any changes from time to time. Each such employee shall have a minimum of four (4) months senioritygrievance procedure.
