UNION DUES CHECK-OFF. L6.01 On each pay date on which a Member is paid, the Board shall deduct from each Member the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit or an equivalent amount. The amounts shall be determined by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit in accordance with their respective constitutions and forwarded in writing to the Board at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expected date change.
