Union Dues and Membership Lists. The Employer shall deduct monthly from the pay due to each employee who is covered by this Agreement a sum equal to the monthly Union dues of each such employee. Where an employee has insufficient unencumbered earnings during the first payroll period, the deduction shall be made in the next payroll period where the employee has sufficient unencumbered earnings within that month. The Parties acknowledge that union dues are not applicable to any month during which an employee has no earnings. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the amount of such dues from time to time. The Employer will send to the Union its cheque for the dues so deducted in the month following the month in which the dues are deducted. The Employer will provide the Union with: name of the organization; dues per employee including first and last name, total of all dues submitted identifying dues month; arrears or adjusted amounts; Social Insurance Numbers; hourly rate and status (full-time, regular part-time and casual part-time); terminations and effective date; leaves of absence exceeding 30 days (effective date); and, newly- hired employees with date of hire. Annually addresses will be provided for all current employees. A copy of this information will be sent to the Bargaining Unit President excluding Social Insurance Numbers and addresses.

The Union agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Employer against any claims or liabilities arising or resulting from the operation of this Article.

  • Transfers of Personal Data Oracle may store or transfer Your Content on a global basis as necessary for the Purpose(s). Oracle and its affiliates may perform certain aspects of the Services (e.g., administration, maintenance, support, disaster recovery, data processing, etc.) from locations and through subcontractors, worldwide. Data transfers are made subject to the terms of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for Controllers (“Clauses”) if: (a) You (or Your data partner) share, use, or process Personal Data under this Agreement; and (b) such data transfer is: (i) subject to any restrictions or requirements under Directive 95/46/EC or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); and (ii) made to countries, jurisdictions or recipients outside the EEA or Switzerland not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC or General Data Protection Regulation. You and Oracle agree that incorporation of the Clauses into this Agreement acts as a legally-binding execution of the Clauses as entered into between Oracle (acting in its own name and in the name and on behalf of the Oracle affiliates) and You (acting in Your own name and in the name and on behalf of Your affiliates).

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • Ownership & License You agree that Credit Union retains all ownership and proprietary rights in the Services, associated content, technology, and website(s). Your use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement. Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the Services. Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the Services (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose which would be contrary to Credit Union’s business interest, or (iii) to Credit Union’s actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may use the Services only for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Services.

  • CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages or salary of each employee in the bargaining unit, whether or not the employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union.
