Union authorization cards shall be made available to new employees by the Union as part of the hiring-in process, with a form of notification to new employees of immediate requirements having to do with Union membership pursuant to this collective bargaining agreement. The Union authorization cards, when signed, are to be promptly delivered to the Police Officers Labor Council.
