Common use of UNION COOPERATION Clause in Contracts

UNION COOPERATION. Section A. The Union agrees to uphold the rules and regulations of the Employer in regard to punctual and steady attend­ ance, proper and sufficient notification in case of necessary absence, conduct on the job and all other reasonable rules and regu­ lations established by the Employer.
