UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 9.01 No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Corporation without proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Corporation will recognize:
UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 4.01 (a) The Company will recognize a Union Xxxxxxx Body hereinafter called “Xxxxxxx Body”. The Xxxxxxx Body will be comprised of Stewards as designated in Appendix “A”, one of whom shall be Chief Xxxxxxx, one of whom shall be the Deputy Chief Xxxxxxx and four of whom shall be Lead Stewards. For contract negotiations, conferences and meetings held under any article of the agreement, the Company will recognize a Union Committee that shall not exceed seven (7) including the Chief Xxxxxxx. For grievance conferences in Step Three the Company will recognize Union representation that shall not exceed five (5) including the Chief Xxxxxxx. In addition to the above, the President of the Local and/or a representative of the National Union may attend such conferences and negotiations when so desired by the Union. The Company will compensate up to five (5) members of the Union Contract Negotiating Committee who are employees of ARLANXEO CANADA Inc. – Sarnia, Ontario for lost time from their regular schedule spent in contract negotiation meetings with the Company. Compensation will only be paid up to Conciliation.

UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Committee of employees. It shall be the duty of this Committee to deal with the Company in negotiation of modifications to this Agreement or its administration and to present to the Company such grievances as may be processed beyond the first step of the grievance procedure.

UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 7.01 The Employer will recognize a Grievance Committee which shall consist of the Local President, one Executive Board Member or shop xxxxxxx, and an Area Chief Xxxxxxx. The Employer shall be advised of the names of stewards and the members of the Grievance Committee from time to time selected. All members of the Grievance Committee and all stewards shall be regular employees of the Board who have acquired at least one year's seniority.
UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 5.01 The Company recognizes the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from amongst those full time employees, who have completed three (3) months of employment, and who are covered by this Agreement, two (2) stewards, whose responsibility shall be to assist employees in preparing and presenting grievances in accordance with the grievance procedure.
UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 4.01 The Corporation acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select stewards and a committee of stewards to be known as the Grievance Committee. The Union shall advise the Corporation of the names of the stewards and the Grievance Committee. The Corporation shall supply the Union with the names of all foremen, superintendents or other representatives of the Corporation who may be called upon to perform any acts in connection with this Agreement, and if any permanent changes in personnel occur, the lists shall be corrected within thirty (30) days.
UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. The Woodlands of Sunset and Xxxxxxx Lodge will have the same number of Stewards as The Xxxxxxx of Dorchester, Xxxxxxx Lodge and Upper Canada Lodge.
UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 7.01 The Union shall have the right to select two (2) stewards to represent the bargaining unit members. The stewards shall be from among those members who have completed at least one (1) year of service.
