Common use of Union Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Committee. The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising a maximum of three (3) members, two of whom are employees of the Employer and one (1) of whom is the Secretary-Business Manager, or his/her representative. This committee shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.
