Common use of Union Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Committee. 12.1 The Corporation acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Union Committee composed of four (4) employees, plus the Local Union President and the Union’s National Representative and will recognize and deal with the said Committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, including the negotiating of a new Collective Agreement.

Union Committee. 12.1 (a) The Corporation acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Union Committee composed of not more than four (4) employees, plus the Local Union President and the Union’s National Representative and will recognize and deal with the said Committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, including the negotiating of a new Collective Agreement.

Union Committee. 12.1 The Corporation acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Union Committee composed of not more than four (4) employees, plus the Local Union President and the Union’s National Representative and will recognize and deal with the said Committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, including the negotiating of a new Collective Agreement, and Step of the Grievance Procedure. The Union shall advise the Corporation of the personnel serving on this Committee, and it is understood that the President of Local No. may, at his discretion, attend all meetings between the Corporation and the Union.
