Union Committee Pay. Members of the above committees who happen to be on duty shall be paid their straight time hourly rate for that part of their regularly scheduled working hours devoted to attendance at meetings of such committees held on Company property. A representative of the Unifor Local 21 -A may be in attendance at such meetings.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.
