Union Affiliation. Neither the County nor the Union shall interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce or discriminate against any employee in his/her free choice to participate or join or refuse to participate or join the Union.
Union Affiliation. 16.4 In accordance with the "Union Security" article, and in accordance with Article 16.3, Employers' Right to Select, contained in this Article, the appropriate Union affiliation for foremen shall be determined, as follows:
Union Affiliation. The County shall not discriminate for or against any employee or in any way coerce or influence any employee in his/her free choice to join or refrain from joining the Union.
Union Affiliation. The parties recognize the right of all employees to be free to join the Union and to participate in lawful concerted Union activities or refrain from membership or activity. Therefore, the parties agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, coercion, harassment, or reprisal against any employee on the basis of that employee’s desire to participate in or refrain from lawful concerted Union activities
Union Affiliation. The Employer and OPBA agree not to discriminate against any bargaining unit employee on the basis of membership, non-membership, or position in the OPBA.
Union Affiliation. (a) The Union reserves the right to render assistance to other labour organizations. Refusal on the part of Union members to work with non-Union workers or workers whose organization is not affiliated with the Building Trades Council shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Disputes that arise pursuant to this section may be addressed through the complaint procedure defined in Article 10 of this MOU and shall not be subject to binding arbitration.

Union Affiliation. There will be no reprisals taken (or employment or other disadvantage taken) against any Employee by reason of his/her membership in the Union or his/her participation in any lawful Union activities.
