Insuring Agreement - Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury Coverage If a limit for this coverage is shown on your Declarations Page, we will pay damages an insured person is legally entitled to recover from the owner or operator of an uninsured motor vehicle because of bodily injury sustained by an insured person, caused by an accident, and arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of an uninsured motor vehicle.
