Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.

Right to Refuse Dangerous Work An employee shall have the right to refuse to work in situations, which can reasonably be considered dangerous.
Access to Other Leave Entitlements F19.20 An employee on grandparental leave may access annual leave, purchased leave or long service leave.
Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.
