UNIFORMS AND TOOLS. A. The cost of the purchase, lease, or rental of uniforms, tools, and protective gear, identification badges, emblems, and cards required by the District shall be borne by the District. The aforementioned articles shall be retained as property of the District and shall be surrendered upon demand.

UNIFORMS AND TOOLS. 23.01 Uniforms, freezer coats and rubber aprons which the Em- ployer requires shall be furnished to the employee without charge. The laundering of meat coats and white aprons and xxxxx’x whites shall be the responsibility of the Employer. If an employee chooses to wear a sweater or a vest, it will be purchased from the Company and the Company will pay 50% of the cost. Replacements will be made on an exchange basis with the same re-imbursement. Full time employees will be entitled to three (3) shirts. Re- placements will be made on an exchange basis. An additional apron will be provided to an employee if requested.
UNIFORMS AND TOOLS. 18.01 Launderable outer working clothing, oilskin aprons, oilskin sleeves, gloves, hair nets, hard hats, ear muffs, and clothing for work in the freezer specified by the Employer as required, will be supplied to Employees by the Employer. All items supplied by the Employer remain the property of the Employer and shall not be removed from the Employer's premises without permission but must be returned to the Employer for new issue. Any items not returned to the Employer will be paid for by the Employee. The Employer will make the necessary arrangements for the laundering of such clothing.
UNIFORMS AND TOOLS. 1. The Town will provide adequate uniforms and other clothing necessary to the performance of the job where and when required, as set forth in Appendix III. Distribution of new uniforms and other clothing shall be made by October 1st of each year. If distribution shall be delayed beyond October 1st of any year, the department head shall advise the union in writing by October 10th of the reason for such delay and the new anticipated date of distribution, and if distribution shall be further delayed, the department head shall advise the union in writing of the reason for such further delay and the new anticipated date of distribution. The union shall file a written statement of any claimed inadequacies in the uniforms supplied no later than thirty (30) days after the claimed inadequacy becomes known.
