UNIFORMS AND SUPPLIES. When the District requires a uniformed appearance it will provide a stipend or the uniform that is required. If the employer elects to change the current uniform, it agrees to solicit input from the affected employees regarding uniform selection.

UNIFORMS AND SUPPLIES. Alpine ski club will pay all costs and expenses associated with obtaining and supplying uniforms and miscellaneous supplies, such as training supplies, medical supplies, water bottles, and coaching supplies. The District has the unfettered right to select and determine the supplies that are necessary and the uniforms, which may not indicate any affiliation with alpine ski.

Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.
