Uniforms and Special Clothing. 32.1 The Employer will provide and clean, at no cost to the employees, any designated uniforms or special clothing which is required by the Employer to be worn on the job. Such clothing will be mended or replaced by the Employer as necessary due to normal wear and tear.

Uniforms and Special Clothing. The Employer reserves the right to require employees to wear uniform(s) or special clothing. If an employee is required to wear a uniform(s) or special clothing, such uniform(s) or special clothing shall be furnished to the employee by the Employer. In lieu of providing such uniform(s) or special clothing, the Employer will pay an allowance for such uniform(s) or special clothing which will reimburse the employee for the total cost of the purchased item(s). The quantity, quality and replacement frequency for uniform(s) or special clothing may be discussed at Labor Management Meetings at the request of either party.
Uniforms and Special Clothing. The MOA will furnish, launder and maintain uniforms and special clothing only where the MOA or applicable federal and/or state safety regulations require such uniforms and special clothing.
