UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. A unit member who is provided a uniform and safety shoes is required to wear the uniform and safety shoes in the prescribed manner while performing his/her duties for the Board of Education. The unit member will be provided with five (5) sets of uniforms and two (2) pairs of safety shoes. If the uniform and/or safety shoes become unserviceable, the unit member will return the uniform and/or safety shoes for replacement. The following unit members will be provided uniforms.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. 29.1 In those classifications where the employer requires that the employee wear safety shoes, the City shall, effective the first full pay period following ratification of the labor agreement, issue an allowance in the amount of One Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00) for the purchase of an initial pair of safety shoes.

SECTION 1 In the event that the Company requires the use of uniform as a condition of employment, the Company shall provide five (5) uniforms upon the employee's entry and five additional uniforms as of the date of his anniversaries for service or one year after the previous ones have been handed in without any cost whatsoever to the employee; it being provided that in those cases in which the Company understands the use of overalls to be necessary, in addition to uniforms, it shall provide the employees two (2) overalls upon entry and two (2) on the anniversary or one year after the previous ones have been handed over. The employee shall utilize these uniforms only when they are performing essential functions of their job, with the employee having to make good use of the same.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. Where uniforms are required by the Company, the Company will provide employees with an adequate number of uniforms. will be supplied with four (4) uniforms. Males will be supplied with three (3) pairs of pants. Males will also receive four (4) shirts. Maintenance Department employees will be supplied with five (5) pairs of pants and five
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. Mechanics shall be provided five (5) complete uniforms (shirts and trousers). The employer shall maintain mechanics uniforms. Such uniforms must be returned to the employer upon separation from the District. Unit members will reimburse the employer for any lost uniforms. All mechanics, mechanic assistants, and transportation workers who repair vehicles are required to wear safety shoes while at work. Upon authorization of the Transportation Director, the District will reimburse these employees up to $75 annually to purchase the appropriate work shoes.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. 1. Uniforms furnished by the Department shall be worn and changed in the manner prescribed by MDWASD policies. Employees shall at all times, while on duty, wear the prescribed uniform, which shall be kept in a reasonably neat and clean condition. MDWASD will provide laundry service for Department furnished uniforms to classifications in the Wastewater and Water Divisions.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. 32.1 The District shall continue to provide a uniform allowance to those eligible unit members in accordance with past practice.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. A. Uniforms will be provided by the Authority to all employees whose position requires them. Authority issued uniforms (i.e. pants, shirts, jackets, gloves, hats, etc.) must be worn at all times. The Authority will also provide bi-weekly cleaning service for Authority provided uniforms at no expense to the employee. Employees are responsible to reimburse the Authority the cost for missing uniforms at the time of separation of service. The Authority will deduct any remaining costs from the employee’s final check.
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. The full time firefighters within the Fire Department shall receive, each year, a clothing allowance of five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00) to purchase their daily uniforms. This allowance will be provided “on account” at a designated vendor who shall provide all Town approved uniforms. The Town will continue to supply all necessary safety gear for these employees. Other items deemed necessary to perform the job may be purchased with the clothing allowance subject to approval by the Chief. Fire Department New Hires. New hires will be given the below listed uniform items as an initial issue and shall not receive the clothing allowance that first year: 3 long sleeve shirts lapel pins 2 short sleeve shirts nametag 3 pants shirt badge dress hat coat badge winter coat hat badge day (wk) boots belt In addition, all Firefighters, EMT‐I’s, and Paramedics shall receive a $350 annual cleaning allowance on or about July 1st. Two sets of structural firefighting turnout gear will also be provided for all full time employees to include but not limited to gloves, hoods, 1 Leather Helmet, forestry nomex shirts, leather work gloves and a forestry helmet
UNIFORMS AND SAFETY SHOES. 1. All employees of the Transfer Station, Highway, Cemetery Workers and Building and Grounds (Custodial) Departments shall be furnished with uniforms (7 shirts and 7 pants) which are to be supplied entirely by the Town of Pelham, including cleaning. Upon hiring, an initial issue of the following items shall be provided by the Town:
