Uniforms and Protective Clothing. 37.1 Where an employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer. This sub clause does not apply in the event that the employee wears their own clothing within broad requirements such as wearing of certain colours.
