Common use of Uniforms and Protective Clothing Clause in Contracts

Uniforms and Protective Clothing. (i) Sufficient suitable and serviceable uniforms or overalls shall be supplied, free of cost, to each employee required by the employer to wear them. An employee, to whom a new uniform or part of a uniform has been issued who, without good reason, fails to return the corresponding article last supplied, shall not be entitled to have such article replaced without payment of a reasonable price for such replacement article.
