UNIFORMS AND PERSONAL APPEARANCE. The Employer agrees that if any employee is required to wear any kind of uniform as a condition of his/her continued employment, such uniform shall be furnished and maintained by the Employer, free of charge, at the standard required by the Employer. The Employer will provide shirts with a maximum of ten (10) shirts allowable each year (five (5) winter - five (5) summer), on the basis of one (1) new shirt for each worn shirt turned in.
