Uniforms and Coveralls. All uniforms and coveralls shall be supplied and laundered free of charge to employees by the Company. Employees are expected to take reasonable care of clothing and equipment supplied. Employees acknowledge that uniforms and coveralls are the property of the Company and the cost of which may be deducted from an employee’s final paycheque upon termination of employment, should the uniform and/or coveralls not be returned to the Company.

Uniforms and Coveralls. (a) All uniforms and coveralls shall be supplied free of charge to employees by the Company. Employees are expected to take reasonable care of clothing and equipment supplied.
Uniforms and Coveralls a) Where uniforms, coveralls or smocks are necessary in the performance of the work, the Company agrees to supply these items at Company expense to a maximum of five (5) per week. If an Employee experiences unusual working conditions which would warrant an additional change of coveralls or uniforms, such will be provided for by the Company. The Company agrees to supply each parts Employee with four (4) work shirts to last him for one (1) year. In subsequent years, the Company will issue and supply two (2) additional shirts if required, per year on the anniversary date of the first issue.

  • UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.

All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.
