Common use of Uniform Replacement Clause in Contracts

Uniform Replacement. It is agreed that, uniforms lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty, shall be replaced by LACMTA, at no cost to the employee. It is understood that it shall be the obligation of the employee to use caution and diligence in the protection of the employee’s and LACMTA’s property.
