Uniform Issue. (a) SkyTrain Attendants will be provided with uniforms according to the following schedule: Initial issue (upon hiring) two (2) pairs of pants six (6) shirts, long or short sleeves or turtlenecks two (2) ties or bows two (2) sweaters, long sleeves or vest one (1) all weather jacket one (1) dress belt one (1) equipment belt (with pouch) one (1) equipment bag one (1) pair of storm pants one (1) identification tag two (2) pairs of shorts one (1) hat Second year issue and thereafter shall be provided based on proof of need.
Uniform Issue. Upon completion of the probationary period and thereafter as indicated, the Corporation shall provide every person covered by this Agreement with a uniform which shall consist of: Annually: one (1) tie; two (2) pairs of pants;
Uniform Issue. A. Each new sworn employee and community service officer will receive as original issue four (4) winter shirts, four (4) summer shirts, four (4) pair of trousers, one (1) parka, one (1) police jacket, one (1) rain jacket, one (1) summer hat, and one (1) winter hat.
Uniform Issue. 14.01 (a) A full uniform consisting of the following items of clothing in column A, shall be issued to each Firefighter and Mechanic; items of clothing in column B shall be issued to each Communications Operator; and, items of clothing in column C, shall be issued to each Probationary Fire Prevention Inspector and Fire Protection Technologist; as soon as practical after hiring: A B C D Qty. Uniform Issue. 21.1 (a) Each employee shall be supplied by the Employer, at the Employer's expense with uniforms; such uniforms to be issued at the discretion of the Fire Chief, and to be replaced as required. Employees in the Training & Fire Prevention Divisions shall be provided turn-out issue and an annual allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00).
Uniform Issue. 26.1 Uniform issue will be on a point basis.
Uniform Issue. Any concerns with respect to the issue of uniforms will be addressed at the local level by an ad hoc committee composed of no more than three representatives of the employees and three representatives of the Employer. Meetings of the committee shall occur within 10 work days of a request to meet. If matters are not resolved by the local level it shall be addressed by the representatives of the employees at the District level. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for time spent on such committees.
Uniform Issue. The Employer and the Union agree to amend the Letter of Understanding regarding a uniform point system dated January 8, 2001, as follows: Either party may terminate this Letter of Understanding prior to October in any year for uniform issue in the following year. Article VIII, Clothing, Section 1: Uniform Issue of the current and subsequent collective agreements shall be replaced by this Letter of Understanding as long as it is in effect. Initial issue shall be allotted after completion of the probationary period. White Rock Fire Department members agree to complete and maintain the required Uniform Kit as indicated. The Fire Chief may require inspection of Uniform Kit prior to acceptance of orders for non‐Kit items. The Joint Uniform Committee shall meet on a regular basis to review the process and to discuss items for deletion or addition to the appropriate listings. See attached Schedule A – Terms of Reference for Uniform Committee. Each eligible Fire Department member will select uniform issue on the point system as agreed and modified by the Joint Uniform Committee.
Uniform Issue. Employees will be issued with 3 long sleeve shirts and 3 long trousers on commencement. If an employee leaves during probation a deduction will made for cost of the uniforms unless returned. Uniforms may be replaced on a fair “wear and tear” basis during the year. A further uniform allocation will be made of 2 long sleeve shirts and 2 pairs of long trousers after each year of service. Employees may purchase additional uniforms at any time. Employees must supply their own pair of Australia Standard approved lace up ankle safety boots.
