Uniform Grant Management Standards. Unless otherwise provided herein, the RECIPIENT agrees that the Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS), developed by the Governor’s Budget and Planning Office as directed under the Uniform Grant Management Act of 1981, TEX. GOVT. CODE, Ch. 783, apply as additional terms and conditions of this Contract and that the standards are adopted by reference in their entirety. If there is a conflict between the provisions of this Contract and UGMS, the provisions of this Contract will prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Uniform Grant Management Standards. CONTRACTOR is required to follow the Texas Comptroller of Public Account’s Uniform Grant Management Standards in accordance with Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, as applicable.
Uniform Grant Management Standards. Although XXXX has attempted to highlight the most relevant rules and guidelines through this Contract, Grantee must abide by the applicable Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars and the Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) adopted pursuant to the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Act of 1981, Chapter 783, Texas Government Code (see Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter A, Division 4, §§5.141-5.167). UGMS incorporates the relevant OMB Circulars listed below.
