Uniform Disclosure Requirements. Seller shall provide the Buyer information pertaining to power plant emissions, fuel types, labor information and any other information required by the Buyer to comply with the uniform disclosure requirements contained in R.I.G.L. Section 39-26-9 and any other disclosure regulations which may be imposed upon the Buyer during the term of this Agreement, as such disclosure requirements apply to Last Resort Service provided by Seller pursuant to this Agreement. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-GIS to transfer Load Obligations or NEPOOL-GIS Certificates, as applicable, to the Buyer’s certificate account in the number equal to the Delivered Energy for Last Resort Service in a month during the term of a Transaction. Such Load Obligations or NEPOOL-GIS Certificates, as applicable, shall be delivered by Seller at least five (5) Business Days prior to the close of the applicable Trading Period. The Load Obligations or NEPOOL-GIS Certificates, as applicable, shall be delivered by Seller to an account within the NEPOOL-GIS designated by the Buyer.

Uniform Disclosure Requirements. Seller shall provide the Buyer information reasonably ascertainable by Seller pertaining to power plant emissions, fuel types, labor information and any other information required by the Buyer to comply with any disclosure regulations which may be imposed upon the Buyer during the term of this Agreement, as such disclosure requirements apply to Default Service provided by Seller pursuant to this Agreement. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-GIS to transfer Load Obligations or NEPOOL-GIS Certificates, as applicable, to the Buyer’s certificate account in the number equal to the Delivered Energy for Default Service in a month during the term of a Transaction. Such Load Obligations or NEPOOL-GIS Certificates, as applicable, shall be delivered by Seller at least five (5) Business Days prior to the close of the applicable Trading Period. Uniform Disclosure Requirements. In addition to the reporting required of Supplier pursuant the NEPOOL GIS, Supplier upon request shall provide NSTAR information pertaining to power plant emissions, fuel types, labor information and any other information to the extent required by NSTAR to comply with the uniform disclosure requirements contained in 220 CMR 11.00 and any other such disclosure regulations which may be imposed upon NSTAR during the Term.
