Common use of Uniform Administrative Requirements Clause in Contracts

Uniform Administrative Requirements. The subrecipient agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the funds provided under this contract including OMB Circular A-133 (Audits of State and Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations), OMB Circular A422 (Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations), and 24 CFT Part 84 (Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non- Profit Organizations).
