Unfilled Vacancies. Where appropriate under Article 13.03 – Employment in Excluded Positions and Within Other Bargaining Units, displaced employees shall have access to unfilled vacancies that have been previously posted and gone unfilled. Any position removed from the list for reasons other than the awarding of the position shall either be posted in accordance with Article 17.02 or deleted in accordance with Article 18.12. Employees applying for positions on the Unfilled List will only be awarded the position in the event they meet the posted qualifications.
