Unfair Labor Practice. Either the County or the Union may file an unfair labor practice as defined in Board of Supervisor's Resolution 81/1165 against the other. Allegations of an unfair labor practice, if not resolved in discussions between the parties within thirty (30) work days from the date of receipt, may be heard and decided by a mutually agreed upon impartial third party.
