Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions. If any provision hereof is for any reason unenforceable or inapplicable, the other provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect in the same manner as if such unenforceable or inapplicable provision had never been contained herein.

If any provision hereof or of any of the written instruments constituting part or all of the Obligations is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether with respect to all parties hereto or with respect to less than all of such parties, the other provisions hereof and of the written instruments will remain in full force and effect in that jurisdiction with respect to the parties as to which such provision is valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions hereof will be liberally construed in favor of Beneficiary in order to carry out the provisions hereof. The invalidity of any provision of this instrument in any jurisdiction will not affect the validity or enforceability of any provision in any other jurisdiction.

The invalidity of any provision hereof in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any such provision in any other jurisdiction.

In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Security Agreement should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
