Unemployment Insurance. Unemployment Insurance coverage will be provided during the life of this Agreement for regular and auxiliary employees who would, if employed by a private employer, be eligible for such coverage under the provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act.
Unemployment Insurance. To the extent required by Law, the Contractor shall provide Unemployment Insurance for its employees.
Unemployment Insurance. The Employer agrees to provide, through the services of the Michigan Employment Security Commission, unemployment insurance coverage for all employees under this Agreement.
Unemployment Insurance. All ASF Members shall be eligible for unemployment insurance benefits as provided by law.

Unemployment Insurance. The District shall pay the cost of this item, if mandated by law during the duration of this contract.
