UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. If laid off employees apply for unemployment compensation benefits, the Employer will not contest the claim and will confirm that the employee was laid off.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. If laid off employees apply for unemployment compensation benefits, the Employer will not contest the claim and will confirm that the employee was laid off. However, an employee on the recall list who declines or fails to respond within seven (7) consecutive working days of a formal written recall notice, may have their unemployment benefits adversely impacted.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. Employer expressly agrees that the release language in Section 5 below shall not prevent Employee from applying for unemployment benefits to which Employee may be entitled under applicable law.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. The Company agrees not to contest any claim for unemployment benefits made by the employee to the State of Colorado and agrees that a claim for unemployment benefits would not violate the release provisions of Paragraphs 5 through 8. The parties understand that despite the Non-Disclosure provisions of Paragraph 11 of this Agreement, the Employee may provide, or may be required by the unemployment agency to provide, information regarding the existence and amount of the Severance Payment provisions of this Agreement in connection with his claim for unemployment benefits.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. As a condition precedent to any unpaid leave of absence, the teacher shall agree to waive any claim to unemployment compensation during the period of such leave of absence or any recess or vacation period immediately preceding or succeeding such leave.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. The Employer agrees not to dispute any unemployment claim filed by any employee who volunteers for layoff.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. The City will not contest the unemployment benefit claim of employees who are laid off under the provisions of the Article and apply for unemployment compensation benefits and indicate termination of employment due to bona fide layoff.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. Kona will not oppose any claim that Xx. Xxxxxxxx files for unemployment compensation benefits.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. Xxxxxxxxxxx will not file for unemployment until the expiration of twelve months from the separation date. If Xxxxxxxxxxx draws any unemployment compensation before the twelve-month term expires, his rights under this agreement expire and the Company has the right to collect all monies already paid under this Agreement. After the twelve-month term has expired, the Company agrees that it will not contest any claim for unemployment filed by Xxxxxxxxxxx.
