Unearned Vacation. An employee who resigns or is terminated prior to having earned all the vacation taken may be deducted pay for such unearned vacation.

Unearned Vacation. The District shall deduct any vacation taken but not earned by the final pay warrant. Subject to their obligations to the District, employees shall be entitled to earned but unused vacation pay upon termination.

  • Earned Vacation Full-time employees, as defined in this article, shall accrue vacation as follows:
