Underwriter Information. All material provided by the Underwriters for inclusion in the Prospectus (as revised from time to time, the "UNDERWRITER INFORMATION"), insofar as such information relates to the Underwriters, is true and correct in all material respects. In respect of the Prospectus Supplement, the Underwriter Information is limited to the information set forth (i) on the cover page of the Prospectus Supplement in the table containing the price to the public, the underwriting discount and the proceeds to the Seller with respect to the Securities and (ii) in the paragraphs immediately following the tables under the caption "Underwriting".
