Undertakings The Company shall comply with all the provisions of any undertakings contained and required to be contained in the Registration Statement.
PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES BOYCOTTING ISRAEL CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2271 of the Texas Local Government Code the Contractor must verify that it 1) does not boycott Israel; and 2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the Contract. Necessary Acts, Further Assurances The Parties shall at their own cost and expense execute and deliver any further documents and shall take such other actions as may be reasonably required or appropriate to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreement.
PERFORMING AGENCY’S PRE-EXISTING WORKS A. To the extent that Performing Agency incorporates into the Work Product any works of Performing Agency that were created by Performing Agency or that Performing Agency acquired rights in prior to the Effective Date of this Contract (“Incorporated Pre-existing Works”), Performing Agency retains ownership of such Incorporated Pre-existing Works.
Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel To the extent that Texas Government Code, Chapter 2271 applies to this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that (a) it does not currently boycott Israel; and (b) it will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
