  • Community Development 1. Support the mission of Residence Life & Housing in building a strong community on all levels.

  • Rules of Competition Concerning Undertakings 1. The following are incompatible with the proper functioning of this Agreement in so far as they may affect trade between the Parties:

  • Faculty Development Faculty who develop and/or teach Distance Education courses shall be provided with reasonable technical support and opportunities for Faculty development, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In the event that a Faculty member develops and/or teaches a Distance Education course for the first time, the Faculty member shall receive reasonable and appropriate professional development and technical support assistance, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In instances of succeeding assignments to teach Distance Education courses, the Faculty member is expected to demonstrate a level of technical competence sufficient to teach the course. Ongoing technical support assistance may be available to Faculty who teach succeeding offerings of the same course.

  • By Developer Developer shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Project Site to construct the Project pursuant to this Facilities Lease. Following the acceptance of the Project by District, Developer may enter the Project at reasonable times with advance notice and arrangement with District for purposes of making any repairs required to be made by Developer.

  • Competitions (a) Competitions will be held for positions within the Bargaining Unit, which the Company wishes to fill, except for the following:

  • Information Undertakings The undertakings in this Clause 20 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.

These reports will include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority Vendor utilized during the period, commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority Vendor on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.

  • Confidentiality and Disclosure of Offering Materials by Potential Investor Potential Investor acknowledges on behalf of itself and any and all Related Parties that the Offering Materials are considered confidential and proprietary information of Owner and/or HFF, and Potential Investor will not make (or cause or permit any Related Party to make) any Offering Materials available, or disclose any of the contents thereof, to any person without Owner’s or HFF’s prior written consent; provided, however, that the Offering Materials may be disclosed to the Potential Investor’s Representative (if any), the Potential Investor's partners, employees, legal counsel, advisors, institutional lenders and other capital sources (collectively the "Related Parties") as reasonably required for an evaluation of the Property. Such Related Parties shall be informed by Potential Investor of the confidential nature of the Offering Materials and the terms of this Agreement and shall be directed by Potential Investor to keep the Offering Materials and related information strictly confidential in accordance with this Agreement and to otherwise abide by the terms of this Agreement as if such party was the Potential Investor hereunder. In the event any Related Party shall take or omit to take any action which if taken or omitted to be taken by Potential Investor would constitute a breach of or a default under the terms hereof, the such act or omission by such Related Party shall be deemed to be a breach of the terms hereof by Potential Investor.

  • Confidentiality and Nondisclosure (a) Employee understands and agrees that he will be given Confidential Information (as defined below) and Training (as defined below) during his employment with Employer relating to the business of Employer and/or its Affiliates (as defined below). Employee hereby expressly agrees to maintain in strictest confidence and not to use in any way (including without limitation in any future business relationship of Employee), publish, disclose or authorize anyone else to use, publish or disclose in any way, any Confidential Information relating in any manner to the business or affairs of Employer and/or its Affiliates. Employee agrees further not to remove or retain any figures, calculations, letters, documents, lists, papers, or copies thereof, which embody Confidential Information of Employer and/or its Affiliates, and to return, prior to Employee's termination of employment, any such information in Employee's possession. If Employee discovers, or comes into possession of, any such information after his termination he shall promptly return it to Employer. Employee acknowledges that the provisions of this paragraph are consistent with Employer's Code of Conduct with which Employee, as an employee of Employer, is bound.
