Underground Tanks. If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks.
Underground Tanks. Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground or other storage tanks at the Project.
Underground Tanks. If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall monitor such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal law, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the use, maintenance, operation and closure of such storage tanks.
Underground Tanks. If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials are located on the Demised Premises or are hereafter placed on the Demised Premises by any party, Tenant shall monitor the storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other steps necessary or required under the California Administrative Code, Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16, "Underground Storage Tank Regulations," and Division 20, Chapter 6.7 of the California Health & Safety Code, "Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances," as they now exist or may hereafter be adopted or amended.
Underground Tanks. Seller represents to the best of their knowledge that there are no underground storage tanks under or on the premises.

If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials are located on the Premises, the Project, or the Site or are hereafter placed on the Premises, the Project, or the Site by any party at Tenant's request, Tenant shall monitor the storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other steps necessary or required under applicable state and federal law, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended.
Underground Tanks. Tenant shall have no right to place underground or other storage tanks on the Premises or the Project; provided however, Tenant shall have the right to use nitrogen tanks in the Premises in compliance all applicable Environmental Requirements and the provisions of this Lease.

If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials are located on the Demised Premises or are hereafter placed on the Demised Premises by any party, Tenant shall monitor the storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other steps necessary or required under the applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, laws, statues, ordinances relating to Hazardous Materials in Maryland, as they now exist or may hereafter be adopted or amended.
Underground Tanks. 1. If and as applicable to the Project, comply with all requirements of Law regarding the removal and disposition of underground tanks existing on the Project Site.
Underground Tanks. In no event shall Tenant have the right to install underground tanks.
