Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.
Stewards Training Courses 22.6.1 Where operational requirements permit, the Council may grant leave without pay to a xxxxxxx to undertake training related to the duties of a xxxxxxx.
Surface Course The Material placed on the Base Course or Subgrade to enhance traction, distribute concentrated wheel loads and resist abrasion and the effects of climate. Surface Course may be referred to as surfacing. Traveled Way. That portion of Roadway, excluding Shoulders, used for the movement of vehicles.
Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
Courses A. Any course that is contained within the common course numbering system shall be eligible if not specifically excluded by Florida Statute, State Board of Education Rule, District Board of Trustees Policy, or District Board of Education Policy. College-level courses including mathematics, English, science, foreign language, social sciences and social studies, vocational courses, and such other courses as may be mutually agreed upon shall be offered by the College for high school students participating in the program. To ensure transferability of credits, students’ educational plans should be closely evaluated when utilizing specialty courses for dual enrollment. To further ensure transferability, North Florida Community College encourages students to concentrate on general education courses. Students who intend to earn an associate in arts or baccalaureate degree should carefully evaluate each course to determine its applicability to meeting degree requirements.
Internships The Hospital may establish internships for the purpose of meeting future projected nursing shortages and/or providing career opportunities where there are no internal qualified candidates for job postings. In such circumstances, the implementation and guidelines of such an arrangement will be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following: Internships are designed to develop the Hospital’s staff in order to fill positions for which there are currently no qualified internal candidates and/or for which shortages are predicted within a five (5) year period. Internships enable hospitals to maximize the use of qualified internal staff to meet their human resources needs, while at the same time providing career development opportunities for their employees. To provide direction to the local parties in developing and implementing internship(s) the Ontario Nurses’ Association and Participating Hospitals have agreed to the following principles:
Summer Students a) Summer Students shall not be employed while Employees on Seniority List A or B are on lay off in their respective trades.
Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.
Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.
