Common use of Under Payment Clause in Contracts

Under Payment. In the event that an Employee believes she has been underpaid in wages or benefits, the Employer agrees to investigate the error. If an error is found to have occurred, the Employer will correct the error and the Employee will be paid as soon as practicably possible, and not later than the end of the next pay period.
