Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions. Interconnection Customer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the applicable provisions of ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of pre-determined magnitudes, both under- frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner in accordance with ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents.
