Uncompensated Leave. Bidder and its subcontractors must also permit workers to take a minimum of eighty (80) hours of uncompensated leave per year to be used for the illness of the worker or a member of his or her immediate family when the worker has exhausted all accrued compensated leave.
Uncompensated Leave. The EMPLOYEE shall be given uncompensated leave at the discretion of the SUPERVISOR.
Uncompensated Leave. 14.8.1 The County Superintendent may grant any member of the unit who has gained permanent status an unpaid leave of absence for a period not in excess of one school year.
Uncompensated Leave. 10.7.1 Uncompensated leave may be taken for the followingreasons:
Uncompensated Leave. 1. At the discretion of the Board of Trustees a permanent employee with not less than three years of service in the District may be granted a leave of absence for a period not in excess of two years. There shall be no compensation for such leave and no salary increment shall accrue during it.
