Common use of Unclaimed Money Clause in Contracts

Unclaimed Money. All moneys paid by the Issuer or the Guarantors to the Trustee or a Paying Agent for the payment of the principal of, or premium, if any, or interest on, this Note or any other Note that remain unclaimed at the end of two years after such principal, premium or interest has become due and payable may be repaid to the Issuer or the Guarantors, subject to applicable law, and the Holder of such Note thereafter may look only to the Issuer or the Guarantors for payment thereof.

Unclaimed Money. All moneys paid by the Issuer Issuers or the Guarantors to the Trustee or a Paying Agent for the payment of the principal of, or premium, if any, or interest on, this Note or any other Note that remain unclaimed at the end of two years after such principal, premium or interest has become due and payable may be repaid to the Issuer Issuers or the Guarantors, subject to applicable law, and the Holder of such Note thereafter may look only to the Issuer Issuers or the Guarantors for payment thereof.
